Anupam Rasayan Appoints Anand Rajeshwarrao Chatorikar As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Anupam Rasayan India Limited has approved the appointment of Anand Rajeshwarrao Chatorikar as an Independent Director (Additional Director) with effect from December 3, 2024. The appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders of the company.

Dr. Namrata Dharmendra Jariwala ceased to be the Non-Executive Independent Director of the company, effective December 3, 2024.

Chatorikar has over 37 years of experience in the chemical industry. He has worked with Borregaard AS for 23 years in India, Singapore, and Norway, holding roles such as Managing Director, Regional Director, and Global Vice President. He has served on Boards in India, Singapore, and China. He has managed businesses through challenges like the global economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic while contributing to strategy and investment decisions. He holds degrees in chemical engineering, management, and law.
