Amit Khera Resigns as Company Secretary of United Breweries

Amit Khera has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of United Breweries Limited with effect from February 14, 2024, due to personal reasons and other professional commitments.

Amit Khera, Company secretary and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), possesses over 25 years of expertise in Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance areas, with a track record of managing substantial IPOs. Before joining United Breweries, he held positions at various organisations, including One 97 Communications Limited (Paytm), where he served as Vice President and Company Secretary; Publicis Sapient as Vice President and Company Secretary; FieldFresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Del Monte) as Head of Legal and Secretarial; Bharti Airtel Limited as General Manager of Legal and Secretarial; and Hutchison Telecom (now Vodafone), where he worked as Sr. Manager of Secretarial department.
