Amarnath Ananthanarayanan resigned from the Board of Chemplast Sanmar Ltd

Amarnath Ananthanarayanan has resigned from his position as a Director on the Board of Chemplast Sanmar Ltd, effective May 09, 2023. He joined the company in March 2019 and holds a degree in economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, as well as a Ph.D. from Rutgers University. With experience in financial services, manufacturing, and academics, he is a fellow of the Institute of Directors and has been honoured with the Udyog Rattan Award by The Institute of Economic Studies.
