Allied Digital Services Appoints Khyati Shah as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Allied Digital Services Limited has appointed Khyati Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from March 22, 2024.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of the company announced the completion of the tenure of Dr. Shrikant Parikh as an Independent Director on March 31, 2024.

Khyati Shah is a B.Com. and LLB graduate from the University of Mumbai and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has more than 13 years of experience in managing company secretarial and corporate legal matters.
