A V Girija Kumar Appointed Chairperson of Heritage Foods

Angara Venkata Girija Kumar, Non Executive Independent Director of Heritage Foods has been redesignated as the Chairperson of the Company with effect from October 18, 2023. While, Srivishnu Raju Nandyala, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company will cease to be an Independent Director after completion of his second and final term of 5 years, with effect from October 21, 2023.

Angara Venkata Girija Kumar has more than 40 years of experience and he is former Chairman and Managing Director of Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd and held various positions in the insurance sector in India and outside India, also served as Independent Director in Conglomerates. He is Commerce Graduate, MBA, AIII and a Member of Financial Services Institutions Bureau under Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.
