Udhayashankar R. Set To Step Down As Company Secretary Of NLC India

Udhayashankar Rajamanickam has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of NLC India Limited w.e.f. February 10, 2025, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organisation.

Rajamanickam has previously worked at JMACS Associates (Coimbatore) as a Company Secretarial Trainee & Executive, and at Kaktiya Textiles Ltd. as a Company Secretary. He has studied for a Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.A. LLB) from the Tamilnadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management & Personnel Administration (M.A.PMIR) from Alagappa University, FCS (Corporate Laws) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and ACMA (Accounting & Business Management) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
