TCS Appoints Yashaswin Sheth as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) appointed Yashaswin Sheth as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from November 1, 2024, to take over from Pradeep Manohar Gaitonde consequent to his superannuation.

Yashaswin Sheth is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also a law and commerce graduate. He has over 23 years of experience in the areas of corporate laws, corporate restructuring, governance, and compliance functions. He joined the Tata group in 2011 at Tata Chemicals and was subsequently appointed as the Company Secretary of Rallis India. He is currently working with Tata Sons Private Limited in the corporate secretarial function. Prior to joining Tata Group, he worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and GE Power India (erstwhile Alstom Projects India Limited).
