NOCIL’s Independent Directors Rohit Arora, Pradeep V. Bhide & Dhananjay Mungale have Retired

Rohit Arora, Pradeep V. Bhide and Dhananjay Mungale have ceased to be the Independent Directors of NOCIL Limited upon completion of their five-year terms on June 29, 2024.

Rohit Arora is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in BPO, investment banking, and management consulting. Actively involved in these industries globally, he holds directorship positions on the Boards of several renowned corporations, offering valuable insights into strategic decision-making and governance.

Pradeep V. Bhide retired as the Revenue Secretary from the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, with a distinguished career in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He has held positions such as Secretary of the Department of Disinvestment and Special Secretary and Additional Secretary of the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs. Currently, he serves on the Boards of several prominent public limited companies.

Dhananjay N. Mungale, an Independent Director, and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has had a distinguished career in corporate and investment banking in India and Europe. With notable tenures at Bank of America and DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, he now acts as an advisor to select corporations in both regions. He holds directorships on the Boards of several prominent public limited companies associated with leading business groups.
