Pritish Nandy Communications’ Company Secretary Santosh Gharat Resigns

Santosh Gharat resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Pritish Nandy Communications Limited on May 7, 2024, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organisation. He served a notice period of one month, and June 6, 2024, was his last working day at the company.

Gharat joined Pritish Nandy Communications in September 2016. Prior to that, he worked with Repro India Limited as an assistant company secretary. He started his career with Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as a management trainee.
