Valiant Organics’ CS Avani Lakhani resigns

Avani D. Lakhani has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Valiant Organics Limited with effect from the closure of business hours on April 15, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Lakhani is a qualified Company Secretary with 8 years of working experience with a listed company. She has pursued a B.L.S./L.L.B. (5-year course) from Pravin Gandhi College of Law (Mumbai University).

Prior to joining Valiant, she worked as an Assistant Manager in the secretarial department with Arshiya Limited, a listed company with 27 group companies. Earlier, she worked as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with Lahoti Overseas Limited, a listed company, for more than 2 years, managing the corporate secretarial and legal departments of its 33 group companies and 1 limited liability partnership (LLP).
