IIFL Finance Ltd appoints Rupal Jain as Company Secretary

Rupal Jain has been appointed as the Company Secretary of IIFL Finance Ltd on 30th June 2023. Rupal Replaced Sneha Patwardhan.

Rupal has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Compliance, Secretarial, Legal, Joint Ventures, and Regulatory Reporting. She is a qualified member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has a double graduation degree which is in law and Commerce.
