Sudhakar Saraswatula to Teach a Course on Governance at ISB
Sudhakar Saraswatula has been invited to teach “Corporate Governance for Startups and Entrepreneurial Firms” and “Corporate Governance for large family-controlled Companies” at ISB. He will be teaching the class of “Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business.”
Sudhakar is a regular faculty at the Institute of Directors (IOD), and guest faculty at NISM, K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and ICLS Academy. He has addressed approximately 800 plus workshops, seminars, conferences, training programs, and webinars organized by ICSI, ICAI and ICWAI, and several other Chambers of Commerce.
In his illustrious corporate career spanning over four decades, Sudhakar worked for the top Indian companies including a 17 years stint at Reliance Industries as a Vice-President (Corporate Secretarial). Prior to this, he served at Berger Paints India Limited for about 15 years as Senior General Manager of Finance & Accounts.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and Qualified Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators – UK and a Law Graduate from Mumbai University.
