Eastern Silk Industries Terminates CFO Prateek Chhawchharia Over Policy Discrepancies

Prateek Chhawchharia has been terminated from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP) of Eastern Silk Industries Limited with immediate effect from November 27, 2024, due to failure to align with the company policies.

Chhawchharia previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Primarc Projects Private Limited and as an Audit Assistant at Doshi Chatterjee Bagri & Co. LLP. He has studied accounting and finance at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
